All products sold by Crazy Capable are digital products delivered electronically. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:
- Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation via Payhip
- Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once delivered, except as required by applicable law.
- You are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business use
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, or otherwise transfer the product to third parties
3. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, please contact us at hello@crazycapable.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.

5. Community (Skool)
Access to the Crazy Capable Skool community is subject to Skool's own Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any member from the community for conduct that violates our community guidelines, which include but are not limited to: harassment, spam, sharing copyrighted material without permission, or any behavior that creates a hostile environment for other members.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our products. Individual results will vary.
